果斷與冷靜的面子

時間飛快地流逝，期終考的第一科 - 風險管理與保險於昨日終於順利完成。應考本科時間雖然是三小時，但時間比筆者想像中還要過得快呢！

本次考試內容分做二部份，包括選擇題(25%)及長問答題(75%)。

其中選擇題方面，相比較測驗內容還要淺易，可以話是大贈送。另外，長問答題方面就以個案分析為主。

第一題是有關於風險理論應用，包括近因原則、分攤原則及保險條款等等.....主要按照個案的陳述，並且運用所學的相關理論解答。

第二題是混合式題目，即問題包含所有筆記及課文內容。運用最多理論及分析技巧的題目，可以算是多方面測試考生的應對能力。同時，由於問題內容由課題A至課題E每一課都會包含在內，所以只適合已經把所有筆記內容都記熟的同學仔。

第三題是屬於典型的背誦題，其實只不過是把風險管理的步驟用大約兩至三頁紙的內容作答。另外，追加一題分析題去決定這個安排是否一個保險合約。

第四題是淺易但難取分的題目。何解? 主要是討論責任風險的產生及管理方法。不過通常需要用法律知識去作答的題目，也是較難用文字表達出實際意思，就算可以把內容要點寫出，但是不附合評審員的準則，都是得不到高的分數。

因此，筆者最後決定做第一、二及三的題目。共用了兩小時零五分，其餘時間就進行複卷及對住個窗發白日夢。

考試其間，陳老師多次停留在筆者右手邊看考卷。

完成考試後的確是一個解脫，希望餘下的兩科可以順利完成

As time goes by, the Autumn Semester Examination- risk management and insurance was completed successfully yesterday. Although the examination duration is three hours, but the time pass by is faster than I had imagined!

 

The RMS examination consists two section in the paper, comprising multiple-choice questions (25%) and long-Questions (75%).

About the multiple-choice questions, the MC choice is relatively simple compare with the previous 2nd test. As regard the long-Questions section is adopting case study and analyzable stye be the mainly testing areas

The first question is Principle applications, including the principle of proximate cause, Principles of contribution and Coinsurance and so on ..... Analyze the case and question statement, then, apply what we have learned about the relevant theoretical knowledge

The second question is a Multi-type of question, namely, the question contains all the scope in the notes and test paper. Comprehensive testing to estimate who candidates can practice well on theory and analytical skill. The comprehension questions as content from Topic A to Topic E will be suitable for student who is familiar with the entire topic.

The third question is typical of recitation type question. Actually, you only need to summarize the steps of risk management by using about two to three pages contents to express. In addition, analysis of additional questions to determine this arrangement whether is an insurance contract or not.

 The fourth question is simple but difficult to answer. Why? Mainly to discuss the source of liability risk and method of how to handle those liability risk. However, if the question is generally related to legal aspect, it will be the more difficult to express their real meaning by using clearly words. Even if the main points/Key word have been written, but not attached to the criteria of examiner or unclear expression, that will still can not get a high scores in this type of question.

 

Therefore, I finally decided to choice question 1, 2 and 3 in this examination. I spent two hours and 5min, after that review the answer book and i daydreamed during my remaining time.

 

During the examination, lecturer Mr. Chan repeatedly to stay on my right-hand side and look at my answer books.
