期限著09年的日子

說時遲那時快, 4個月的時間轉眼消逝. 雖然背負著重擔子的學業生涯,但也過著幸福的日子. 這個學年筆者嘗試把學業的重點放輕下來, 好讓自己停下腳步看看周边的人和事. 一年又四個月, 筆者離開了傳統模式的中學,選擇了一條較彎曲的道路. 不過,這樣不是更好嗎. 人一直往前衝, 使人變得的麻木. 假約可以放慢腳步,走一條較長較不平坦的道路,會否人生會更有色彩嗎. 從前的筆者會覺得讀書十分之重要. 因為沒有其他可以讓筆者有更好的寄託, 只有讀書才可以觀其未來. 不過, 現在的筆者找到比讀書更重要的東西, 讀書是一種過程,一種享受. 儘管多麼辛苦,吃了多少的苦頭. 最後不是一種人生經驗嗎? 筆者說笑地把人比作一條細小的蛔蟲, 不停吸收吸收, developdevelop, 最後成為一條只懂盲目學習, 但不懂變通的生物,經不過大風大流的日子呢! 有空也應更換一下地點好吧! 說那麼多其實是鼓勵某些朋友們, 人生大道理還真有點大無奈. 涷
聖誕節的假期往往最讓筆者討厭的! 因為也代表著期終考的日子來臨了. 假期是真還是假呢? 還得用這一段的日子作考試的前期工作. 截本日為至, 近八成的考試筆記巳經完成, 但還作努力溫習筆記的內容. 不過,真的很吃力在於放假溫習的效率會較平日低百分之三十左右. 最主要是情緒和心理問題. 討厭!!

【世界名作劇場】第24部作品悲慘世界 少女珂賽特

記起每年總有一段日子筆者會不停追看日劇或動畫. 近日,筆者看了一出感人動畫.- 少女珂賽特,又名為"孤星淚". 最近在每星期六下午5:30至6:30都會在tvb播放. 可是, 筆者又如何容忍到只有2集的時候呢?所以網上觀看就是不二之法給筆者所用的. 孤星淚是法國一個著名的故仔. 記起小時候觀看過音樂劇,但總不太記得內容是怎樣. 阿! 應該是聽不懂這般嘰嘰喳喳的對話才對. 有時間的話筆者應該會去買一本孤星淚的書看看. 現在只有動畫可以滿足到筆者這一位觀眾觀者吧.
不過, 此出動漫的音樂還真難找呢!筆者都花了一段時候才找到專輯cd. 其中一首歌曲,筆者覺得都幾有趣, 歌詞有一個字叫做Lulaby. 原意在法文中是甜睡, 法國小孩在睡眠中,父母會哼著這首歌曲,讓自己的小孩子睡得甜美. 其實Lulaby是一首在法國十分之有名的搖籃曲. 不過要找出原作者的曲目,還真的有點兒困難. 日文版改編的lulaby, 在此動漫出現是數次, 是希望讓觀眾明白到女主角對母親這一種愛,追憶,思念. 唯一筆者覺得"孤星淚"美中不足的地方在母親不能和女兒相見就去世. 嗚..

身心疲累..係時候比我休養一下....

終於到本星期的尾聲了. 筆者可以說是身心疲累! 由交流完畢後一直都沒有停止工作, 做書面報告,presentation, 考assessment. 有一次筆者累透,把所有的筆者掉在地上之後就去睡覺. 真的容許筆者說一句" 你冇野阿哇" . 星期三是最後一次的英文課, evelyn 忘記了堂上, 但最有趣的地方在於evelyn三次經過課室門口, 還和我們一班的同學們打招呼. 可是, 一點也沒有發覺自己要上我們的課堂. 最後過了一個小時之多, 大部份的同學們都離席, 只留下我們八位兄弟姊妹團(老友), cathy終於打通了evelyn的手提通知她要上課堂. 哈哈, 小班教學原來感覺是十分之好的. 因為最後一次上課,所以cathy,kiss,yan, jade送了一份小小的禮物兒給evelyn. 她的眼角旁有點淚光, 上唇咬著下唇, 充斥著無限的感觸之情. 最後大家互相抱抱, 留下回憶的相片. 這是筆者一生不能忘記的一堂課. 星期四, 筆者要回校考英文作文, 但最後作了一個大大的錯誤就是用錯了格式. 筆者試後十分之upset, 有點覺得犯下了這樣的錯誤是不可原諒的. 可能會因此而整份考卷沒掉了分數, 還好,evelyn告知會考慮其他因素, 當然扣份是有可能的,但此時不能作定斷. 希望上天可以保佑筆者順利過度此難關. 這assessment完成後,筆者要到海逸酒店出度welding, 不過筆者巳經較其他親戚們遲到而且. 因為考試時間到下午6:15分. 放學時mtr有充滿密密麻麻的人潮. help.筆者足足等了5輪作有機會迫上車, 到達酒店巳經是下午8:00正. 筆者汗流浹背又要在充滿upset的情感底下, 對著每位親友們問好. 真的有點兒矛盾. 不過有一件趣事發生, 原來上年度教筆者英文科的miss(上圖)是筆者的親友們的女朋友. 記起她在學校只會願說英文而且,但第一次聽她說中文感覺有點奇怪.哈哈. 但ok的.相比英語,還中文較好. 筆者即想起了一句說話"世界是多為麼秒少, 學校的miss原來是自己的親戚也不發覺. 無奈無奈~~~~
星期五,last class of OSHEC,阿胡仔播了一出四級片給我們欣賞, 內容是如何就不方便公開.哈哈.現場的同學們自己會明白的. 之後到toby課就發之前的property management II assessment result比我們. 筆者拿到92分比想像中高了,事關筆者只強於long question, mc準確度就較低. 不過期終考是沒有mc的,只有Short and long questions,所以筆者..哈哈..i Like it..

累透了的小筆者

上個星期的交流日子總算完滿結束. 這算是筆者人生中其中一次都美好的經歷. 有關交流的事實,筆者會容後的日子再詳細談論. 是日筆者考完building technology and material. 筆者有一句的感想就是"好有深度". 哈哈...因為一題問題好短,但各題就25分, 而且答的內容又不是太多. 筆者考完之後都覺得會否作答得太少呢? 可是張sir話, 1小時的assessment而且又點會要求我們答這麼多的內容. 不過, 25這一個數字真令人有點無奈, 令人想到沒理由25分這麼容易給我們吧!
Housing StudiesII終於發考卷了.筆者是次成績為78分,最高分的同學為86分(ive是沒有Full mark的概念). 筆者覺得有點不滿足,希望下次可以做好一點. >口< 筆者忘了寫share-equity arranagement 這一個字就掉7分, 又告別了85分這個數字. 不過,有一點值高興的地方是長問題筆者以近完美的24分答中所有的內容, bruce都話十分欣賞筆者寫的conclusion. 這就是所謂有得又有失的道理.
上星期倒數最後2堂的英文課, 筆者收到Miss 的禮物作支持和鼓勵. 當然,各同學都有一本"Common English Errors in Hong Kong" Author- David Bunton的書. 哈哈...不過,心意這一點筆者覺得最重要,多謝你阿. 那麼用這一本書去關心我們的英文水準及提醒本週星期四是有writing assessment.
上週同時完成了housing studies II 及 planning land and administration project presentation. 兩次的presentation都十分之成功, 首要是要組員之間的努力才成事. 第一次比阿sir話筆者的英文非常之好. 有點兒面紅~ 當然, 每天都充斥英文的世界是十分之邪惡的.
原來筆者要一直考試直到明年3月頭o口o, 又要迫筆者連續對別人說" 你冇野阿哇"...

筆者還有大約四天的時間就會去廣州做交流. 當然會有一段日子會告別各位讀者們. 希望各位讀不用掛念筆者.哈. ...

筆者辛勞了一整個月的時間,每天都好像沉醉在充斥英文的世界,所以請容許筆者是日用中文寫文章吧! 因為採用英文的話又會令筆者想起考試. 是日筆者完成了Housing Studies II assessment, 雖然大部份同學們都說內容太難,但基本上筆者覺得倒不是, 經過筆者連日的努力把Five chp. lecture notes內容讀熟. 筆者終於了解到原來概念清晰的話,在考的過程就如把眼前的內容寫在考卷之上. 辛勞後的感覺十分之好, 閒日有讀書的好處就在於此吧. 多謝bruce對筆者等人的要求, 筆者都了解到做人對自己有要求才會有成績出來的. 筆者覺得bruce是一位好出色和勤奮的老師, 可算是筆者人生路上的stepping stone去幫我走向成功. 真心的一句"多謝你".
星期五又是一年一度的開放日, 有興趣的讀者們可以去筆者的學校參觀. 當然筆者是次的身份不單是helper,同時也作為班代表上台收證書. 筆者好高興有此機會. 在IVE的日子是筆者現時人生中最開心最有成功感的日子. 學業,事業,感情,友情各有所得著和平衡....筆者會一直一直努力.這就是我的人生目標. 筆者終於在這1年中所找回來的東西, 不後悔,嘗試吧...別再害怕別人的眼光..一真走下去.因為總有人會認同自己的成就...這一點巳經足夠了..對吧

Territory-wide elder sport day

Woo! Most of the assessment and project presentation was concentrated on November. It contained Planning and Land Administration, Property Management, Housing Student II. Author was totally disliked this arrangement. Since the work load was really heavy and study is necessary. Meanwhile, author was joined extracurricular activities and application for another extra-course for self-learning in order to reach my objective--add-value such as OSHC basic safety training course (copper model), Huge Memory course and application for Green Card (site permit). Author totally understand, I hadn’t any right to oppose the determination of our colleague. OK…you win. Let tell you more about my extracurricular activities. Firstly, basic safety training course (copper model) which is related the occupational safety and daily safety procedure such as risk assessment and check list. The course require to attend 3.5hr class and test is necessary for any copper model applicant. Finally, Huge Memory course which is related the methods of how to improve your mnemonic skill and assist our study result through the effective way for memory. The course was really expensive which require $990 for 3hr class. Since our colleague was a partnership with Huge Memory Company, therefore we gain a great discount rate and only require $380 to application for this course. However, author also thought too expensive because of the course was only have one class per 3hr which is a short-term course.

On 2nd November, author was partake the territory-wide elder sport day. Since it was a student placement, therefore we would receive a salary after two month. What!! Two month!! Anyway, I thought it was an impressible memory for author. Even though it was really tired when I was completed the placement, but it was a great experience since author could worked with a lot of trustworthy colleagues and enjoy with the whole process of funniest elder sport day. If you suspected their ability, then, author would like to tell you that you are too simple and stupid. HaHa Wrong!!!Wrong!! You will obtain an unexpected event when you participate in this Sport Day.

Dr. Lam Please!!

Today, author received a phone that my cousin would come to my home to ask me a few of homework issue. My cousin was a form 4 primary student who was a bashful little guy. Maybe it was not exactly true, since author teaches him to done homework, but he was doubtful and shy to try to do so. Author was perplexed at his disposition. However, if he didn’t emerge his ability and learning proactively, he might not be able to face on the adversity. Anyway, I would like to attempt him to be more confident and eliminate all kinds of his confuse. Hope so….After completed his easier homework. We would play a computer game together occasionally. In fact, my leisure time and computer was occupied by him at a long time period. How about author?? Just like a watchdog only sit here!!! Although I through it is really boring job and waste my leisure time for studying, but I was keeping to done it due to the free snacks provided by uncle lam. HaHa…
Maybe it is hard to me to describe my daily life. Since there are discrepancy between write diary and answer the examination questions. The latter is most easier for author to do so. in light of it only useing my proficient knowledge to answer all the question is okay while write diary need to describe my own feel which is most difficult for author. Even though is hard to be done, but I want to through written diary to improve my English writing skill. Yep….Anyway, if there are any mistake, I wonder if you can tell me. I assure you that Author would be continuous improve it.
Finally, Author shall say Happy birthday to you!! My hell’s friend Ms Choi. Welcome join to our 18+ family. HAHA

Broken underground water pipe

Yesterday, author was joined the IVE English corner activities with my best classmates. Since we are required to partake at least two English activities which occupied 10% of mark in our English assessment. Therefore, English corner activities become the most popular place for student who would like to gain an extra marks in your assessment result.. Unfortunately, our college was notify us that English corner activity would not be calculated in the assessment. Only workshops and study course which was included in the assessment calculation menu. NO!!!!! You know, English corner activities such as playing monopoly and watch movies is the easier way for us to done. In this regard, most of student don’t want to waste their own leisure time to partake in the workshop because of it is the extremely boring and make them full of sleepiness. These are a notable issue that college and lecturer should been consider seriously.
Today, underground drinking water pipe was broken where is opposite on the road of author’s living place. Most of the yellow mud was kept roll in and the supply of water was temporary suspend. What!!! That author can not go to toilet and to take a bath. What’s going on? Hoping water supplies department could repair the broken pipe as soon as possible.
My study tour is coming soon on this December. Author need to application for Home Return Permit. Even though my original permit are not already been expired, but 18 years person who application for Home Return Permit that the term of validity of permit would become 10 years. However, author think that the payment of application is too expensive which require 390 dollar for each applicant. What disagreeable thing!!!

The fist speaking assessment is coming soon. I feel nervous on this moment, but I hope that would not affect the whole performance on this assessment. Problem solving skill is the cornerstone of the whole assessment. Basically, student shall know how to be handle complaint and provide our own suggest to client. In this assessment, each student will have 8 min for preparing two case which contain complainant and receiver task.
On 30th October, it is a magnificent ceremony—2008 Ploy U joint Graduation Ceremony. My sister was already completed his university period and now launch into accountant in Price Water House Coopers which is the ranked top one in accounting industry. Maybe that is a good new for our family, but I think that would also a pressure for author. Since, the dominant objective for author is to enter Ploy University and gain a pound of my career stage. Hope so.. Whereas long term planning is unpredictable and unrealistic, so, author should force on my core job--study.
November will be the busiest period, since all the assessment and project presentation are concentrated on this month. Author has two project presentations need to be prepare. One is Planning and Land Administration, and second is Housing Studies II. The Plan LA project presentation we adapt a funny topic—Change in urban planning which is related to the change in urban planning in Past, Present and Future. The content may concern with urbanization and anticipation of planning strategies as well as urban planning.

Extremely October!!! Not Octopus

I was joined the Talk “Role of property Manager on sustainable development on 9 October 2008. That totally awesome!!! Since the professor was proficient in the property management and their speaking skill was very well. We were absorbed in their discourse. Even though to a certain extent, we lied in a sleepiness condition on the first task of the talk. HaHa. The most valuable in this talk was that each participator had a souvenir which contains a DVD, commemorative stamp, publication of talk, black personal organizer with calculator. Well, that was quite bountiful. Unfortunately, I could not partake this talk completely, in light of I had a student placement in Wong Tai Sin--Housing Society form 5:30~8:30PM. I shall be lease the lecture theatre form 5:30 or before with my friend Jade. Anyway, that was a great experience for me and unsuspected gains.
I would like to tell all of you that I have a study tour as well as soon on this December. It was my first-time go to Guangzhou and it is a golden opportunities for me to enhance my cognitive ability on property management. As I know most of people believe that there are no discrepancies between study tour and travel visit. However, that also a reason why author would join this study tour; assume study tour equal to travel visit, then the objective of travel visit is finding enjoyment. Thought enjoyment to gain experience and recognize new friends. The Goal is Play and Play. Am I right?? HaHa
Another activities that author would join is the property management (level 4) ability assessment which approval by all property management organization (People Republic of China). As we require paying $600 per each for examination fee and attend extra-preparative class (VTC subsidy the payment of $850 for each participator on this class). The Class would hold on the mid February and the assessment on the end of February. The range and content of the examination would be included management, Public relationship and Customer service concept, property management ordinance and related legal knowledge, Environment concern and landscape engineering, facilities maintenance etc. The assessment is divided into two tasks which 90min of theory and 120min of application question. Both tasks are in the form of written examination. Although the passing ratio of this ability examination is below 60%, but I believe that adopt Chinese to answer all the questions, it can assist our student easier to handle the examination and study the following reading material.

Hosuing Society Placement

English Version
Author would launch into Housing Society Placement in Wong Tai Sin on this Wednesday. It is a golden opportunity for us to gain more valuable experience in an authentic workplace. I can equip myself and lean more practice skill. The Daily working hours are from 5:30pm to 8:30pm (Wednesday to Friday) and from 2:00pm to 7:00pm (Saturday). In light of AGM is coming soon, we would prepare and handling some documentary work. Since the working hours are applicable to our student and salary is high than other placement company. Therefore, this placement is one for my enjoyments as I can work with Jade and Mary who is my dear classmates. HaHa….Friday is the hardest day, especially, we have a morning lesson from 8:30am that I need to wake up at 6:30am and leave home at 7:00am. Since the lesson will finish at 4:30pm and after that I need to start my placement form 5:30pm to 8:30pm, therefore, total working hours are 14hours, oh my god!!!
I have joined a Talk “Role of property Manager on sustainable development “ on tomorrow from 2:00 to 6:00pm in Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. The content of the talk is related the duties of property manager on daily life and how property industry can undertake a sustainable development. Hong Kong City U professor and Hong Kong Housing Society Lecturer will preside at the talk. My Best Friends Alex, Louis, Yip, Jade, Cathy and Yan both will partake on this talk with our lecturer Toby Chan. That’s great!!

限量版鎖匙扣

今日較以住有點兒不同, 總覺得自己的生活變得煩忙,但筆者覺得人生經歷真的較以前豐富了不少. 筆者十分之討厭過去,也討厭回望過去. 因為人總必須向前看,向前走吧. 可是得到成功,就一定要記得不要失去人格. 這一點是筆者最重視的一個價值觀. 反過來說, 自份過高的人總會看不起身旁的人們. 筆者就最討厭這類型的人們. 筆者會努力做好自己的本份為大題前下之餘,也會不忘自己的做人處世之道.
今早筆者急急腳走到地鐡站, 目的是為了換取限量版的鎖題扣. 不過, 人算不如天算. 筆者連續在葵興,南昌,奧運這三個地點都完全被人換取. 正當筆者感覺地灰心的時間,腦海浮現出自己的金句:不停嘗試!! 最後在九龍站客戶中心終於換取成功. 但同時就換來了一身汗和 三元六毫的出線費用. 此事件也證實筆者的名句, 不停嘗試先會成功. 這一句真的讓筆者把每一次的困難事情都一一解決. 好高興自己可以做到超越以往的成績. 筆者會努力....

就快又10月啦

不知不覺又到十月份, 微風吹送秋意到. 筆者一如以住都十分之忙忙碌碌. 雖然筆記的內容較上年度為深,但筆者都會花大部份空閒時間整理,修改和找參考補充資料. 有時候總會覺得,筆者作的筆記兒較有條理和整潔. 相比老師們所給的筆者有絶對的差異, 事關實在太多和煩瑣. 從正常想法是沒有辦法在一整天內溫習所有題目. 正正如此,筆者不得不自創個人筆記以作日後之用. 新年度新開始, 筆者眼見大部份人事一如以往, 但還感覺到高興在於有部份人的確有大大的改進. 筆者也要努力加油.

新學期開始

9月8日開始新的學期了, 本學期的課程內容真的十分之多. 筆者覺得應該又會是一場苦戰了.哈哈.
第一天是上housing studies II, 有部份內容會包含上學年所學的知識. 可是,會再深入探討政策上面的題材. 筆記的內容一課有十多頁密密麻麻的英文, 即筆者要4個月內讀100多頁的hosuing knowledge, 真感到有點兒嘔血. 跟據資料顯示,會有5次口頭報告於10月頭至11月中期間做, 連書面報告5次各3000字,4-5人一組.
第二天,終於有一日是不用早出門口了. 英文課本學期會主力學習有關problem-solving oral skill 及有關business 題材的內容. 最貼切及貼近工作所需的內容應該都會幾有趣吧! 下午的一節課是Planning and Land administration (規劃及土地行政). 這一科可以叫做law和數學的混合体. 事關筆者需要學習估價,土地分配, Garden Cities 等各方面法律加計數的內容. 筆者覺得現時最多內容要讀的是這一科, 筆記共108"張"未包括additional information,planning regulation and reference material. 筆者無言中.....但最無奈的地方是原本共2小時的課堂被分開成星期一及四各上一小時. 這樣點完名後那裡有時間去教書呢,. 筆者還真的有點兒擔心.
第三天(星期五) , 第一堂終於有機會到賽馬會演講廳上,太好了!!!期待巳久.哈....課堂是Occupational safety health and environment concern, 這一科本年筆者會考試之餘同樣考牌及證書, 真的一舉兩得,一石二烏. 加油... 下午課節有toby的property Management II, 上年度的阿sir被其他物業公司高薪搶走, 但筆者覺得幸運. 因為這個阿sir實在太"咇"了. 正正如此所以toby教就最好.
最近都好努力讀,每次上完lecture都會回家複溫. 同時要加強英文水平中. 所以寫blog的時間就不太多,真的對不起了. 可是筆者還會把一常或學校生活中的有趣事一一透過筆者的文字跟各位分享. 請多多指教.

明日開學

明天終於開始正式上堂了. 同時,筆者也可告別那個短缺的暑假, 感覺還真的有點兒期待. 本學期的課程內容會較上年度再深入和沈重. 筆者早就巳經有了心理準備了. 讀書有讀書的樂趣,返工有返工的樂趣.
十月尾就是筆者家姐的大學畢業典禮,還好筆者星期四dayoff有機會出席. 原來3年都過得幾快. 筆者還要再多2年之後才有畢業典禮. 可是未到之前,應該還有2個月多時間就有機會上內地做交流.

此時此刻, 筆者一定會不停改進自己各方面. 努力加油!

LOSS TIME LIFE

最近筆者睇了數出日劇都是和人生有關的題材.包括世界奇妙物語08春特別篇和Loss time life(人生補時). 當中loss time life令筆者最為深刻和感動. 假設你因為一次意外巳經身亡, 但上天給你多數小時在你臨死的一段去做你還未原成的心願. 這麼你會做什麼呢?親情,愛情,友情到底你會怎樣選擇呢?
當一個人面臨最後的時段,往往才會表露出真正的內心世界. 當一個人知道快要失去一樣的時候,往往就會好渴望珍惜眼前所有. 電視劇如此,現實世界也如此. 比賽敗了不重要,最重要是珍惜眼前再站起來.
記起世界奇妙物語內有一集是講述一個女學生被她最好的朋友推落樓,而眾人都意為她巳經死了. 這位女學生發現自己的靈魂離開了身軀.她在各同學中往來,慢慢發現她們的真面目. 老師,同學,父母,好友都有著說不清的另一面. 同時這位女學生從推她落樓的好朋友口中得知往事,也從中發現自己黑暗的一面. 結局是怎樣就不說了.留下一點兒的神秘感給各位讀者們.

回到翔龍灣

今日下午返翔龍灣和一班舊同事食飯 再一次回到工作的地方感覺得好懷念. 這一班的舊同事給筆者的感覺就像家人般, 每一次回到去,他們親切的笑容和對筆者這份真誠的友誼. 筆者真的十分之感動. 是日的午餐,筆者本來想出錢請他們,但是一講到筆者請客,眾人都異口同聲話"重咩要你請姐" . 原本筆者巳經找錢好了,但他們都把強硬把錢給筆者. ^^''
總結是日午餐錢是449.5元, 筆者支出450元,收回430元. 無論如何筆者總有一日一定要出錢請你們食飯. 不要再和筆者客氣而且.

回憶

不知不覺一整年的時間就過去,感覺好像昨日發生般似的. 回想中學時,一身學生哥的衣著,充斥著無限的少年氣息. 每天對著厚厚的書本兒, 生活如此單純,沒有煩惱. 真的有點兒枯燥! 記起中四學期由中文班轉到英文班. 因為考試不合格,回到家中不自覺哭起來. 時間好像停頓, 四周空無了人只得自己一個站著 . 當時內心感覺得內疚自己為何時常都做得不好,對不起身边的人種種的期望. . 這次也時筆者多年內把收在內心的感受一次過發洩出來. 真的很久沒有哭了. 為何要收起情感呢. 筆者現在想著也覺得有點傻.
中五會考對於筆者來說是來得快去得快, 得知會考結果後,筆者沒有太過大的反應. 呆了一刻又立即回過神, 心內想著想著快一點回家而且. 筆者明白到背後有許多人對自己有很大的期望．可是筆者沒有能力做到，失望是有的，但就沒有以住這種強烈的感覺．反觀來只想找另一條出路繼續升學，離開石天筆者沒有半點後悔．反而覺得又是一個新開始,新機會.
正式入到ｉｖｅ感覺好清新好特別．因為讀書再不會為別人讀，考試不是為分數, 而是為自己到底學了多少．上課時間地點模式也跟大學一樣．真真正正有空間和時間讓筆者可以溫書和整理筆記．不過ｉｖｅ一定是比不上大學的，從內觀外會明白到ｉｖｅ學生的質素有參差不一的問題存在．　到這種環境內好著重自己的意志和決心之外，選擇朋友都是一個好重要的因素．筆者幸運地有一班志同道合的良師益友，真真正正改善筆者的價值觀．讀書及各方面相比中學成績進步得很多．可是筆者不會因而自滿．因為有許多地方筆者要再加把勁．
除了校園生活外，社會生會對於筆者也算是這整整一年內的最大收益. 人生中第一份工作,認識到一班十分之好的同事. 最重要是得到好保貴的工作經驗和友誼. 真正的辦公室如一個戰場,各人心裏懷著不可告人的秘密. 筆者從中體會到人事關係的重要性.
過去的好像一場夢, 淡淡似水,流去的沒法回頭. 這只有回憶而且, 留下甜味的回憶對於筆者巳經十分之滿足了.

休假中

談起假期,對於筆者來說是很瑤遠的. 對上一次的長假已經是6個月前的事. 不過人終有點兒矛盾. 放假時想工作,工作時想放假. 可是要明白到世界總沒有完美的事, 到頭來只有認命而且. 不過呢,筆者中都會嘗試計劃未來這十六天可以做什麼事. 除了會實行操好英文之外,應該都會好像往年一樣會四周遊影相. 筆者心裏還真的想返學,終日無所事事有點兒不太習慣. 這可以說叫做工作後遺症. 不過,這種想法都算是好事啦. 加油

最後一日返工,心情有點緊張也有點兒複雜. 放工後最意想不到的事是阿bel等筆者收工一齊走. 好感動呢!



就收工前的時間,筆者和各同事一齊影大合照. 雖然日子短暫,但真的學到好多意想不到的知識. 得到一段美好的友誼.
有一個時段,筆者是想放棄工作. 因為這份工作太辛苦.有好多地方要處理,又不時給無理的住客話. 心裏有點兒想放棄而且.可是筆者最終無放棄,選擇是明確的. 因為這班同事真的好好. 筆者答應你們,一定會返來探你地.
















陳生讀電腦工程,但不知不覺又做了物業管理. 作為高級物業主任也有風趣的時候.






成日給筆者做finding的同事derek, 其他是偷懶最多的人. 所謂新人就是正式的打雜. 任何事任何工作都必須要做.
憑小姐(助理物業經理)上個月生了bb, 8月份正式回歸翔龍灣. 筆者就坐在她的左手边, 所以可以講筆者是憑小姐的秘書. 大部份時間都幫她處理會計上的工作.但她為人好有善.

kamryn是主任級, 成日都收起好多零食. 一位做事好出色的同事. 成日對筆者講: 勁阿 terry, 唔該曬

dicky最鐘意交工作給筆者做的同事. 報價單技術都是在他身上學回來的


阿will各方面知識都好平均, 筆者有不明白的地方好多時候都會請教他.

zoe原來是筆者的師姐. 大家都是讀REM, 而她就早筆者2年畢業,所以大家都有好多共同話題
