剛強同認真, 精神同勇氣


筆者都有一段長時間沒有下筆了. 可能是手頭上的工作開始煩重吧! 上星期六,筆者相約一位好朋友到理工大學參加當日的資訊日, 收獲方面最大當然是取得大量的文件夾吧! 其次是參與2個講座, 包括測量師和物業管理的榮譽理學士學位課程. 其實, 事實上,ive生透過non-jupas升上熱門的學科都有一定難度, 同時, 還沒有成功的例子先讓人擔憂. 這一點讓筆者充斥著一點無奈及灰心, 但每當自己想著如果自己不去嘗試的話就連這小小的機會都會失去, 那一份精神和信念就全部返回到筆者的內心. 明白到就算不能入讀3年的degree課程都還有top up degree課程, 2者都是一樣是大學學位,但所讀的年期就有一定分別. 好多朋友們時常都會問到為什麼top up 課程會較local degree的時間為短, 最主要因素是top up是為高級文憑的學生而設, 讀完IVE的課程相等於完成本地大學課程1年級或海外2年級, 而top up就是讓該學生完成大學2年及3年級的課程內容. 因此為什麼top up degree課程時期是1年半至2年, 而一般degree就為期3年. 當然, 很多人都會著緊有關的認受性, 其實同樣是大學學位, 但很多人或業界還未清楚到底兩者的分別, 誤解都會有一定存在, 但同時要明白課程內容的核心目標到底是怎樣, 教學又怎麼才能清楚它的認受性是如何. 不過, 筆者希望可以先嘗試12月頭的non-jupas申請機會, 之後再申請top up. "剛強同認真, 精神同勇氣!!!!"
最近學習都好多很多貼身的學術課題, 包括風險管理及保險",是一科較專業化的知識, 筆者都覺得課程內容都幾深, 同時好多思考題, 如為什麼這個情況不受保, 保費如何計算, 當中有幾多風險存在. 又是一個讓人頭痛的學科. 另外, 一科叫做Recreational facilities and event management, 有關舉行大型活動或任何典禮的規劃方法, 還算實用!

煩惱ar

不知不覺開始了筆者人生最後一個ive生涯。同時,筆者也正煩惱著升上大學的問題。因為事實太多準備功夫要做,而且也要寫final year report及學會報告。現階段考慮入讀理工的物業管理學(榮譽)理學士學位,但都要考慮其他學科以作保障之用。本年真的忙碌到要命,希望努力背後會有一點點的回報吧!努力keep 成績,努力寫report,努力考入大學!

家庭日: 馬灣公園挪亞方舟

筆者都是第一次去馬灣公園挪亞方舟,感覺那裡的環境十分之舒適休閒,有種脫離城市人忙碌生活的享受般似的,可能是與上個月忙碌生活日子有感而發吧! 早上九時三十分出門到荃灣碼頭坐珀麗號到馬灣,路程不過三十分鐘,船身航行平穩讓乘客坐得舒適而不會左搖右擺。當日日照較強,天色明朗,正好是攝影愛好者的最佳拍攝機會。當然有著"半龍友"的筆者來說,就不會浪費此天大良機呢! 路途上有一大班手拿專業相機的攝影愛好者出現在馬灣公園周圍,筆者眼看其機身,真的讓人有點心動。正是如此,筆者的畢業目標除了是上大學之餘,也包括買一部半專業的相機,感動呢! 到達馬灣公園的沙灘位置,有機會脫了自己的鞋襪下水,感覺清涼。可是,當日忘了帶泳褲,只好浸浸兩腳而且,有點失望。之後,四人同行到挪亞方舟,買了一百元正的套票,可通行所有地方。方舟比較有趣的地方是影館內的3D及4D電影,的確給人一種新奇的視覺享受。當然場內的景觀都別出心裁,各有特色。場內展館不能拍攝是其一不滿之處,其二是每到一個場館都必須拍卡,過程較為煩瑣。整體來說,大部份展館都對小朋友都有好豐富的教育意義,對大人來說還是景觀較為吸引。整個行程最深刻是整毛巾蛋糕及展館內一部分析自己值多是錢,筆者的結果是$369.77,原理好明顯是與重量有關,不過還懂得分析你個人的其他分子,都幾有趣。不過,筆者就認為不至於會讓人想在此住酒店,因為一天時間巳經可以把整個挪亞方舟的展館及花園行完。不過,此行還真的好開心,起碼給筆者放鬆的一天。

Student's Evaluation of the Attachment

What was the most valuable experience you had in the workplace attachment?

The diversified work positions and genuine friendship which is the most valuable experience in this workplace attachment. I highly appreciates our colleague zeal for his work and take infinite patience to teach me. As you know, taking care of new colleague requires a great deal of patience. Especially, the workplace attachment in KLPS gives us a chance to handle different company’s activities, such as landscape therapy, low carbon diet, occupational safety and heath and environment general questions contest. I seemed inconceivable that, in 2009 workplace attachment, our colleagues and committee members will accept my personal ideal, and let me to be responsible for executing the creative concept. This is a precious opportunity and experience for us to handle the problems, For instance, how to distribute the resource and manpower among the committee member. How to use the Plan, Do, Check, Act theory to apply in real life situation. The observation on daily work of these building operation through daily work to let us to realize the property management industry development tend.

What was the most difficult part for you in the attachment programme?
I deemed that there are no herculean task in this attachment programme as a result of I was accumulated certain property management work experience during former placement attachment. Notwithstanding, I work with a lot of trustworthy colleagues, as they give me tremendous support, encouragement and guidance.

Which part of the attachment programme did you like most?
It is difficult to say which part of the attachment programme did I like. Since each part is a golden experience for me, such as learning the car park operation in “The Masterpiece”, Youth square and K11 site visit, Annual General Meeting, and volunteer activities etc. In other words, I will not specially mention which part is the most better, but I will say that KLPS workplace attachment give me a deeply impression.

How did your company mentor help you?
A best company mentor’s guidance is the gateway to foster us to success. I’m grateful to my supervisor MK Leung that he had done and share his personal experience to me. He is supporting with me to tough it out when I was facing a tricky problem. Certainly, Janet Lam and Mr. Li are given a valuable opinion and suggestion during the EHS meeting. They give me a chance to think how to be done more better on the job. Bennie Chan is teaching me a lot of information technology skill and Christine Yu is caring our four trainee very patient.

What advice would you give to students who will participate in the attachment scheme in the future?
The difference between placement attachment and long-term laborer is that placement attachment provide us a diversity work position and learning opportunity. A man would do nothing, if he waited until he could do it so well that no one would find fault with what he has done (John Henry Newman). Only those who dare to fail greatly can ever achieve greatly (Robert F. Kennedy). Trainee should learn how to issue your personal comment actively with using your common sense. “Take a risk, Be Success” Terry Lam say that. If the trainee has an aversion to risk, there are no one will give you a chance to try a new mission. However, it does not preach they should take a risk blindly. Before do anything, they should consider the following factors, such as team spirit, interpersonal relationship and responsibility, and take an “Acceptable Risk”. A successful and meaningful attachment consist in personal attitude and vision.

Please give overall comments on the workplace attachment (e.g. How could it be improved? Which parts of the programme should be retained? etc.)
College can hold an orientation to trainee before they are working on their company, such as career development, training course, general workplace attitude guidance in order to assist trainee to recognize their career interest and aptitude. Alternatively, it should be toughening up their partnership and work close collaboration with Private Company, Association and Government Department to reinforce the outcome of competition and technological advance.

桌球日! 好兄弟

























橋樂工作日子

記起一個特別的日子2009年6月15日,筆者第一次到會展工作的時候都覺得不怎樣困難。事關已經有了一年多的物業管理經驗,做起事來倍感信心。不過,作為一個新入職的同事來說,也應向前輩們多多學習。在橋樂的日子都十分之快樂,認識一班好好的同事之餘,也讓筆者發揮好多個人專長的機會。我記起初入職時,各同事都對筆者抱著懷疑的心態,都不怎知道這一位年青人工作能力都如何。可是,此時此刻,得到各同事、上司、老師的認同,真的十分之感動。本次工作與另外三位實習生,讓筆者想像過住的自己。他們也是第一次工作,對這個行業的認知十分之不足,思想方面總有點孩子氣。但是,不是每一個人開始都是這樣嗎?筆者記起自己第一份工作,要獨力面對,起初身边沒有一個可以依賴的朋友,但慢慢体會,慢慢學習,最後又不是可以把每一份工作做好吧! 這二個月又三個星期的日子,多謝方生、梁生各方面的指導,讓我學習都好多好多專業層面的知識。多謝各同事,在筆者感到煩惱的時,默默支持著筆者。多謝林小姐給予筆者機會去舉行三個大型活動,包括園藝治療、低碳飲食及職安健常識問答比賽。筆者記起跟進這三個活動時,真的花了很多心力和時間。舉辦活動所要用到的Plan、Do、Check 、Act理論,運用的資金,人力及如何運作。筆者可以有機會在會展商業性質公司進行這一類活動,真的是人生一大寶貴經驗。難以想像到自己一點意見可以幫到公司,也難以像到會有機會讓自己的工作成果作為內地公司培訓員工之用。實習與長工最大分別在於,實習可以有更多機會嘗試到不同崗位,更多機會去觀察周遭事物。我們讀者所學習到的理論,不應只是一味講到如何應用到日常生活之中,而是要自己分析到底這個理論是否對與合適。工作與讀書一樣,只學習不思考,永遠都只會是一頭牛而且吧。作為90年代Y世代的始祖,年青人會多創意及有自己的個人特性。可是創意永遠都必須與經驗互相配合才會成事,整個工作之中,會計部經理LI哥及採購部的Bennie給予很多個人意見給筆者,讓筆者可以有思考的空間去把事情做得更好。 總結來講,真的感謝所有人!!
